The Cheese Sauce
Packed with vegetables and 8g of protein, this sauce will have you saying “cheeeeese” after your first bite. Use it as a dip, drizzle it over roasted veggies, or bake it on top of your favourite pasta or protein.
Ingredients: Milk, cottage cheese, butternut squash, carrots, sweet potato, red lentils, white cheddar cheese, old cheddar cheese, nutritional yeast, salt.

Keep frozen and thaw only what you need. Ready in minutes.
Run the packet under hot water for approximately ten seconds, then cut along the top edge. Squeeze the sauce into a saucepan and warm over low heat, or into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 min 30 sec, or until heated through
Alternatively, the packet is BPA-free and can be placed directly in the microwave for 1 min 30 sec, or until heated through.
