Ordering.  Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email when we accept it. Prices and availability can change, and we may decline or cancel an order — if we do, you’re refunded in full.

The product.  Stealthy sauces are a frozen food. Keep them frozen until use, follow the heating instructions, and check the ingredient and allergen information if you have dietary needs.

Your account & conduct.  Keep your login details secure and use the site lawfully.

Liability.  We provide the site and products in good faith and limit our liability to the extent allowed by law. Nothing here removes the rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
