Where we deliver.  Right now we deliver via courier within the GTA. Additional delivery options are coming soon. Join our mailing list to stay informed.

When it arrives.  We deliver via Trexity. You’ll get a confirmation when you place your order with follow-up information for your delivery information. 

How it ships.  Everything leaves our freezer frozen and is packed to stay that way. If a pack softens in transit, it firms right back up in your freezer and portions exactly the same — no quality lost.

If something’s off.  If your order arrives damaged, melted through, or wrong, see Returns & Refunds below. We’ll fix it.
